Pizza Ranch Quincy is seeking a Shift Manager for our new Quincy, Illinois location opening in early 2026. You will help lead daily operations, supervise the team, and ensure legendary service that aligns with our community-focused hospitality.

Ideal candidates have restaurant experience and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work 30+ hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 30+ hours/week availability.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Ensure guests have a legendary experience every time.
• Support management in overseeing daily operations.
• Train and develop team members and staff.
• Open and/or close the restaurant as needed.
• Maintain operational consistency and mentorship.
