Super Star Car Wash in Colorado Springs is seeking a Shift Manager on Duty to drive daily operations, oversee staff, uphold safety, and ensure exceptional guest service. This role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment with room to grow into higher operational leadership.

You will coordinate staffing, coach teams, enforce brand standards, and rotate through leadership focus areas to build well-rounded experience in people, sales, and operations.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Energy, adaptability, and a hands‑on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards
• Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately
• Maintain brand and cleanliness standards across the site
