You’ll oversee store opening/closing, assist with inventory, and ensure safe, efficient service while upholding Starbucks standards. Ideal candidates bring 1 year of retail or customer service management experience (2 years preferred) or 4+ years of US military service, plus 1 year of supervising others.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail / customer service management experience
• 2 years preferred OR 4+ years of US Military service
• 1 year supervising the work of others, teambuilding, coaching
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
