Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.
• Help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.).
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
