• Manage daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and brand standards are met.
• Train and coach team members in food prep, cooking, packing and serving.
• Oversee food flow, ordering, receiving, storing and serving to minimize waste.
• Maintain a fun, guest-focused atmosphere and 100% guest satisfaction.
• Enforce sanitary practices and security procedures; protect guests and assets.
• Complete administrative paperwork and maintain professional appearance and punctuality.
• Provide leadership and take corrective action as needed.
