• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Maintain McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability during shifts.
• Coordinate with the next Shift Manager to prep them to run a great shift.
• Assist assigned Departments in meeting their goals.
