Job summary

McDonald's Sequim, a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service.

As a Shift Manager you will supervise crew and fellow managers, train team members, monitor food safety, scheduling, and performance, and help drive quality, service, and cleanliness during each shift. Previous leadership in food service is preferred; you must be 18+ to apply.

Qualifications

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Supervise crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance and safety, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets and help departments achieve goals.
