Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service and high food quality.
• Lead and coach crew and other managers during shifts.
• Monitor safety, security, profitability, and adherence to standards.
• Plan for shifts, monitor performance, and prepare the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets for shifts and department goals.
• Maintain food safety and inventory control.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain cleanliness.
• Schedule staff and coordinate training.
