• Ensure strong openings and closings by preparing the team for success.
• Set the tone for the shift—motivate and coach team members.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service exceeding guest expectations.
• Ensure brand standards: cleanliness, food safety, and quality.
• Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities.
• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running.
