• Two years of work experience in housekeeping in a hotel or related field.
• Ability to apply inspection procedures and interact professionally with all personnel.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as manager in charge of a specific shift operation and coordinates laundry and housekeeping functions to ensure smooth operation.
• Plans and schedules work according to priorities and deadlines.
• Prepares and maintains daily operational records and reports; enforces lost-and-found policies.
• Assist in the supervision and conduct of inventories, including preparation of inventory records.
• Conducts inspections of rooms and surrounding areas to determine maintenance, cleanliness and inventory of furnishings.
