Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our team! As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance during your shift. You will supervise staff and assign duties to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with restaurant experience. Hours would be Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights from 10pm-3:30am (more hours available on Wednesdays if interested).

Responsibilities:

  1. Train and manage employees and assign duties as needed
  2. Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
  3. Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact
  4. Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
  5. Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
  6. Maintain appropriate inventory levels, reorder and restock when necessary
  7. Cover the shifts of absent employees

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma/GED
  2. Previous food service experience
  3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
  4. Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  5. Excellent management and leadership skills
  6. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
