Position Summary

A Shift Manager acts as the person in charge of the store during their shift, executing store operations, supervising Team Members, and delegating tasks. They are responsible for product presentation, store maintenance, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare dough and other products, including pretzels, Cinnabons, and yogurt.
• Oversee baking, product quality, and presentation.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and embody brand values.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Operate food preparation machinery and manage inventory.
• Support team training and adherence to brand standards.
• Handle cash management, register reports, and daily financial procedures.
• Address guest needs and resolve complaints.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including maintenance and cleaning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 2 years of management or food service experience.
• Food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Basic math and reading skills, attention to detail.
• Leadership skills and guest-focused attitude.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems and retail technology.
