Job summary

Chick-fil-A is opening a new state-of-the-art location and seeking a Manager in Training to develop leadership skills and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires flexibility across morning, lunch, mid-shift, and closing hours, with a focus on service quality and teamwork.

You will coach team members, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and advance toward a management position in a fast-paced, guest‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be available to work week nights including Saturdays.
• Have at least one year of restaurant management or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and cards, and preparing drinks/deserts.
• Deliver meals to guests at tables or designated pickup areas with excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, dining room, parking lot, restrooms and playground.
• Stock sauces, cups, lids, and related items to maintain operations.
• Lead a team while upholding operating standards to ensure great hospitality.
• Coach, train and support team members on policies and procedures.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Close the restaurant by leading the shift as a key holder.
