McDonald’s is seeking candidates for a Shift Manager in Training through the Fast-Track Leadership Program. The program offers paid training, leadership development, and a clear path toward Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, and General Manager roles in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You’ll start with hands-on training, learning customer service, food safety, scheduling, and team leadership, then progress to lead shifts and drive operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• During paid training, learn every aspect of restaurant operations, including customer service, food safety and quality standards, team leadership and coaching, inventory and labor management, restaurant operations, scheduling and shift execution, problem solving and decision making, safety, cleanliness and compliance.
• Once certified as a Shift Manager, lead a team during assigned shifts, coach and develop crew members, deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensure food safety and operational excellence, manage labor, inventory, and profitability goals, maintain McDonald’s Quality, Service & Cleanliness standards, help build a positive, high-performing team culture.
