Job summary

Randy James Inc., a Jimmy John's franchisee and Missouri's growing operator, is hiring a PIC (Person in Charge) to oversee shift operations in the absence of the store’s Manager. You’ll supervise 1–8 team members and ensure brand standards are executed with speed and accuracy.

Key duties include leading shifts, delivering exceptional customer service, enforcing food safety and cash-handling procedures, delegating tasks, and creating a motivated team environment that supports growth and success

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team during a shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage shifts while acting as manager in charge of the store.
• Communicate clearly, concisely and accurately to ensure effective shift operations.
• Work the line and perform tasks to Jimmy John's standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service on every shift.
• Follow all food safety, cash handling and operations procedures and policies.
• Ensure proper financial accountability during each shift.
• Delegate routine and important tasks and decisions.
• Create an environment that motivates Team Members to do their best.
