Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations at Burger King locations. You will guide a team through shifts, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supervising tasks, managing costs and safety, and delivering hospitality excellence. The role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and a commitment to the EYAS values of respect and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts in quick-service restaurants.
• Ability to manage costs, labor, waste, and safety.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Integrity: Model authentic communication and foster an environment of respect, trust, and accountability.
• Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties), providing feedback and training
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift • Champion Hospitality: Exceed brand standards and deliver a best-in-class guest experience through hospitality excellence.
