EYAS Hospitality Group, a Burger King franchisee, is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a restaurant team across shifts. The role drives guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team growth in a fast-paced environment at multiple Burger King locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Some college or restaurant management coursework preferred.
• 6 months of quick serve restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts and manage a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash handling on the shift.
• Champion hospitality: exceed brand standards and deliver a best-in-class guest experience.
