Job summary

Subway is seeking a Shift Manager to focus on guest experience, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, inventory control, staff Scheduling, and teamwork on the floor.

The role extends beyond a typical Sandwich Artist, including cascading training, supervising staff, inventory checks, equipment maintenance, and completing paperwork as needed. Full Time/Part Time and various shift options exist by location; compensation discussed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, and staff scheduling on shift.
• Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities.
• Supervising staff and ensuring equipment is in proper working order during shift.
• Completing paperwork as needed.
