Job summary

Subway is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee food preparation, sanitation, inventory control, and staff scheduling while ensuring a clean, well-maintained dining area.

Training Sandwich Artists and managing paperwork are also part of the role. The position requires at least 1 year of restaurant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work various shifts, including days, evenings,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to standard.
• Keep the restaurant clean, functional, and presentable.
• Control inventory and manage supplies.
• Schedule and supervise staff.
• Be a team player.
• Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on current responsibilities.
• Schedule and supervise staff.

• Ensure equipment is in proper working order during shift.
