Job summary

Subway is seeking a Shift Manager to focus on six core areas: guest experience, quality of food, restaurant upkeep, inventory control, staff scheduling, and teamwork. You will also cascade training to Sandwich Artists, supervise staff, maintain inventory controls, ensure equipment works, and manage daily paperwork.

Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend shifts vary by location; compensation to be discussed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing an excellent guest experience
• Ensuring that great food is prepared & served
• Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful
• Controlling inventory
• Scheduling and supervising staff
• Being a team player
• Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities
• Scheduling and supervising staff
• Practicing inventory control standards
• Ensuring equipment is in proper working order during shift
• Completing paperwork as needed
