Job summary

McDonald's franchisee in Bethesda, MD is hiring an Experienced Shift Manager to lead daily shifts, ensure fast, accurate and friendly service, and supervise Crew and other Shift Managers.

You will oversee food safety, team communication, scheduling, and performance, while driving customer satisfaction and operational targets in a fast-paced environment. Previous supervisory experience is preferred and strong leadership is essential.
