Job summary

McDonald’s, an independent franchisee, is seeking an Experienced Shift Manager to lead shifts, ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service, and uphold food safety and quality standards. You’ll supervise crews, manage schedules, monitor profitability, and coach team members in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in training staff, meeting targets, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting franchise operations and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment

Responsibilities

• Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures
• Communicating effectively with Crew and other Shift Managers to run smooth shifts
• Achieving shift targets and helping departments meet their goals
• Monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability
• Managing Crew schedules and encouraging high performance
