Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Direct and coach crew and other managers during each shift.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and ensure McDonald’s standards.
• Oversee safety, security, and profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets for shifts and help departments reach goals.
• Manage inventory and daily maintenance/cleanliness.
• Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate scheduling and staff training.
