Wendy's of Western VA, Inc. is hiring Shift Managers to oversee restaurant operations and staff across Roanoke and Lynchburg. You will work with your team to deliver fast, friendly service, uphold food safety standards, and drive excellence in daily operations.

We offer extensive training, bonus programs, and opportunities for promotion, with competitive pay based on experience. This is a full-time, in-person role with flexible scheduling and a readiness to develop into store leadership.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/Retail experience with customer-facing background.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including late nights and Breakfast.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership/organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and travel to bank/other restaurants/Area Office as needed.
• Reliability is a must for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team to deliver fast, friendly service and uphold Food Safety standards.
• Manage shift operations using Wendy's systems to meet store goals.
• Coach and empower staff to achieve staffing and performance objectives.
• Perform HR duties to support employee engagement and retention.
• Interview and recommend candidates to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Provide thorough training to new and existing employees.
• Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
