Wendy's of Western VA, Inc. in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and a dedicated team. You will supervise staff, ensure friendly service, and uphold high standards across food quality, cleanliness, and speed of service.

You will manage shifts, participate in HR duties, interview and train staff, and support the General Manager to drive store performance. The role offers advancement opportunities and a competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant/retail serving customers.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including late nights and breakfast.
• Customer service, leadership and organizational skills.
• Must be reliable and able to travel to related locations as needed.

• Properly managing your shift by using Wendy's Systems.
• Manage, empower, and assist your team in achieving organizational goals that support our collective goal of Service Excellence for every customer that we serve.
• Perform HR duties for employees to maximize engagement and retention.
• Interview and recommend candidates for staffing levels.
• Provide A+ training for every employee through established systems.
• Assist General Manager with administrative tasks.
• Ensure all food safety procedures are executed at a high level, per Company and Health Department standards.
