Qualifications

• Restaurant/Retail experience required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including late nights and breakfast.
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication.
• Leadership and organizational skills; ability to manage staff and tasks.
• Must be reliable and able to travel to different locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with your team to create a restaurant of choice by providing the best food in a friendly and fast paced environment.
• Properly managing your shift by using Wendy's Systems.
• Manage, empower, and assist your team in achieving organizational goals that support our collective goal of Service Excellence for every customer.
• Perform HR duties for employees to maximize engagement and retention.
• Interview and recommend candidates to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Provide A+ training for every employee through established systems.
• Assist General Manager with administrative tasks.
• Ensure all food safety procedures are executed at a high level, in accordance with Company and Health Department standards.
