You will learn and assist with management tasks from the Assistant Manager and General Manager, supporting daily operations. The position requires 18+ age, prior supervisory experience in food service or retail, and passing a background check, with English fluency potentially needed for

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards to enhance each customer’s visit.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
