Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager for a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. The role focuses on delivering quality customer service and food products, while supporting management duties under the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

The position requires at least one year of supervisory or management experience in food service or retail, and the ability to pass a background check. Strong English communication is preferred to serve customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following brand standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
