Job summary

Dairy Queen is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager for a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality customer service and food products, and assist with management responsibilities under the supervision of the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

The role requires 1+ year supervisory/managerial experience in food service or retail, and the ability to pass a background check. English fluency is often essential for customer service stations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Shift Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer’s visit, while assisting and learning management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
