Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Oversee Guest Service, Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru for best service.
• Ensure kitchen delivers quality food quickly and safely.
• Hire, train and schedule crew to hit sales and profit goals.
• Coach staff and ensure adherence to procedures.
