McDonald’s is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily operations across locations in the Atlanta area. You will plan each shift, monitor performance, ensure safety, and drive profitability while maintaining fast, friendly service.

The role requires leadership experience, flexibility in shifts, and a passion for teamwork. You’ll mentor crew, coordinate with the next Shift Manager, and help departments meet their goals.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Able to work across multiple shifts and locations.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness for customers.
• Assist in monitoring safety, security and profitability.
• Meet targets for shifts and departments.
• Coordinate with the next Shift Manager to prep for the next shift.
