Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Full time and weekend availability required.
• Previous leadership experience in a customer service or restaurant environment preferred, preferably in quick-service or fast food.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive working relationships and provide direction and feedback to all employees.
• Collaborate with the management team to train and track the performance of new Crew Members.
• Motivate Crew Members to maintain high customer service scores.
• Ensure timely completion of shift tasks and opening/closing responsibilities.
• Take ownership of restaurant facilities, ensuring organization and adherence to sanitation and food safety procedures.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of key positions in both front-of-house and back-of-house.
