• Inspire and support your team to provide excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and fulfilling their DReaM's of making a difference in communities.
• Lead and motivate your team to create a positive and inviting experience for customers by providing feedback and setting goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the restaurant following maintenance and food safety guidelines.
• Be adaptable to various situations, supporting your team's abilities to meet customer needs.
• Remain calm and use your knowledge to resolve customer issues and employee concerns.
• Coach your team to develop their skills and take on new challenges.

• Flexibility to work various hours and independently with different personalities.
• At least 18 years old and successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
