Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire an Environmental Services Supervisor.
As an Environmental Services Supervisor at MercyOne, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership, guidance, and supervision of the daily functions of Environmental Services under the general direction of the Director of Environmental Services. The Supervisor plans, assigns, and monitors colleague work performance in order to achieve efficient and effective departmental operations. Assists the Director with development and implementation of policies and procedures that facilitate daily operations, safety, and cleanliness and are in accordance with all applicable Mercy Medical Center policies and procedures, Joint Commission (TJC) standards, state and federal laws and regulations. Responsible for staff scheduling, performance evaluations, training programs, and assists with the disciplinary process.
