Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Medford, OR is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a friendly team and deliver remarkable guest experiences. This unique role offers a three-day workweek with options for full-time or part-time schedules, freeing four days for personal pursuits.

Opening or closing shifts are required, with early 5:30am starts and 11:00pm closings. You will develop leadership skills in a supportive setting, achieve operational excellence, and enjoy competitive pay, benefits, and growth

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver attentive, courteous customer service.
• Manage shift operations including speed of service, order accuracy, and breaks.
• Create daily setup sheets and assign duties for smooth shifts.
• Coach staff to Chick-fil-A’s hospitality and operational standards.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and enforce grooming policies.
• Conduct shift huddles to communicate goals and drive improvement.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Operations Managers will be scheduled for a 3-day workweek and must have availability on Monday, Wednesday and Friday OR Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. We're providing a unique opportunity to work full-time or part-time while only working 3 days per week, leaving you 4 days each week (including 2-day weekends!) to enjoy/pursue your other passions in life! Full-time team members will work an average of 12 - 13 hours per day. Part-time team members will work an average of 4 - 6 hours per day. Opening (5:30am) and/or closing (11:00pm) availability will be required.

We are currently looking to fill the following schedules:

• Closing shift on Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Team Original)
• Closing shift on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (Team Spicy)

• Ability to work a 3-day schedule with availability for opening or closing shifts
• Compliance with uniform and grooming standards

Uniform Policy

• Face, neck and hand tattoos are not allowed, no exceptions - other tattoos will need to be covered during your shift
• No ear gauges or facial piercings allowed other than one stud in the nose
• Facial hair, other than a neatly trimmed mustache, is not allowed
• No unnatural hair colors (pink, green, blue, etc.)
