Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of management experience in food service, be 18+, and able to work full-time including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Must be able to work up front during shifts and not an office role
• Must be able to work full-time with open availability including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Solid employment track record with positive references

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations to ensure smooth service and product quality
• Train new associates and coach team members for performance improvement
• Open and close store operations
