Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven management experience in food service or related leadership role.
• Extremely hands-on position requiring front-line work with guests and staff.
• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic; lead by example in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to coach and develop team members; reliable transportation required.
• Open availability including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
