Job summary

Andy's Frozen Custard is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to ensure smooth shift operations and excellent guest service. You will train new associates, model calm leadership, and open/close the store while upholding the brand’s high standards for product quality and service.

This role requires 6+ months in a food-service leadership position, the ability to work a full schedule including late nights and weekends, and a friendly, energetic attitude that motivates the team and supports guests.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of proven management experience in food service or related leadership role.
• Extremely hands-on position; able to work up front with guests and staff.
• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic.
• Must lead by example and coach team.
• Must have open availability including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Train new associates and model calm, positive leadership on shift.
• Open and close the store.
• Ensure product is prepared to high standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead by example and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to the team.
