Sonic Drive-In is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with daily restaurant operations. You will help ensure safe, efficient service and quality food while contributing to an enjoyable guest experience.

You will participate in hiring and training, developing team members to deliver moments of delightful possibility to customers. This role supports a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Preferably 6 months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure quality food is prepared and served in a clean, safe, and efficient manner for a great guest experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for customers.
