SONIC is looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to help lead the team and run the front lines of service. You’ll work closely with a General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure smooth, safe, and enjoyable experiences for every guest.

You'll participate in hiring, training, and developing crew, while delivering quality food with speed and consistency. This role values reliability, communication, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably 6+ months of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so guests have an enjoyable experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark delightful moments for customers.
