SONIC is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to support daily restaurant operations, reporting to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. You will help deliver quality food, maintain safety standards, and ensure guests have a positive experience.

You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers, with a focus on teamwork and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, you have six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily operations.
• Ensure quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner for guests.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members.
