VIP Cinemas is seeking a Shift Manager to lead front-line theater operations and support the General Manager. The role focuses on guest services, team coaching, cash handling, and daily theater performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, cleanliness, and performance of the theater.
• Oversee deposits and money handling.
• Open and close the theater for start/end of day.
• Provide excellent guest experience by addressing concerns.
• Manage team to complete tasks and deliver service.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate with leadership.
• Coordinate marketing and sales activities with GM and corporate.
• Collaborate with the team.
