• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences.
• Provide guidance to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Help teams meet targets and support department goals.
• Direct food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, scheduling.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train staff and oversee internal communications.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operations on the floor.
