Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or a leadership role in a related industry.
• Extremely hands-on; able to work all shifts up front.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and energetic disposition.
• Leads by example and upholds high standards of operation in a fast-paced environment.
• Helps the team grow through coaching and feedback.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to work full-time with open availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
