Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, supervising crew and other managers to ensure fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Maintain McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness during each shift.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager for a smooth handoff.
• Help departments meet their goals and contribute to achieving targets during shifts.
