Job summary

McDonald's franchisee-owned restaurant is hiring a Shift Manager to lead weekly shifts, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service. You will guide crew and other managers, monitor safety, quality and profitability, and communicate readiness to the next shift.

Previous leadership in hospitality or retail is preferred; must be 18+, flexible schedule, and ready to thrive in McDonald’s famously fast-paced environment with strong teamwork and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, especially in fast-paced settings.
• Strong customer service mindset with a friendly and efficient approach.
• Able to communicate clearly with team members and managers.

Responsibilities

• Food Safety responsibilities and compliance are maintained on shift.
• Oversee internal communications and leave coverage for crew.
• Inventory management and daily maintenance to ensure cleanliness.
• Manage crew, schedule shifts, and supervise training.
• Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service.
• Uphold safety and security standards on all shifts.
