Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability during shifts.
• Plan for each shift and communicate handoffs to the next Shift Manager.
• Help departments meet their goals and targets.
