McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager in a franchise restaurant. You will lead weekly shifts, manage crew and other managers, and ensure fast, friendly service while upholding quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.

We value prior leadership, a flexible schedule, and a strong customer-focused attitude. You must be 18+ to supervise and teamwork is essential in this fast-paced environment.

• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
• Positive team players with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability during shifts.
• Plan for each shift and communicate handoffs to the next Shift Manager.
• Help departments meet their goals and targets.
