Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Shift Manager in a corporate-owned restaurant. You will lead shifts, provide direction to crew and other managers, ensure fast, accurate and friendly service, and help meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

As a Shift Manager, you may plan each shift, monitor performance, communicate with the next shift, and support department goals. Previous leadership experience is preferred and a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
