Job summary

McDonald’s Corporate owned restaurant seeks a Shift Manager to lead crews and other managers during each shift, ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.

You’ll plan shifts, monitor performance, train staff, manage safety and inventory, and work with the next shift manager to hand off responsibilities. Previous leadership in food service is preferred; you must be 18 or older and flexible.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in food service preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

• Lead shifts and supervise crew and other managers.
• Ensure fast, accurate, friendly service and quality.
