McDonald’s is hiring a Shift Manager to lead restaurant shifts, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service. You will supervise crew, plan for each shift, monitor performance, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

You may help departments meet goals, while guiding and coaching team members in a high‑energy environment. Ideal candidates have prior leadership experience in hospitality, a flexible schedule, and the ability to thrive in McDonald’s fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to manage shifts, people and processes to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Strong customer service mindset with focus on quality and safety.

• Shift Managers lead shifts each week to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and communicate to the next Shift Manager.
• Assist departments in meeting goals and targets during shifts.
